An other year is gone.I lost my self in the sea of the thoughts of my mind.

I reflect on the things that happened ,the things I achieved,the lessons I've learned ,the footprints I've 

left behind me,and I just understand something about time.

Time is our most precious gift because we only have a set amount of it. You can make more money, but 

you can't make more time. 

When you give someone your time, you are giving them a portion of your life that you'll never get back. 

That is why the greatest gift you can give someone is your time.

For that I now  thank to all my friends and everyone that gave me some of their time.

I thank you too for reading my posts and sending you positive energy.

Remembering to truly live

  Some times,I even forget that I live,I lose my self in the monotony of every day life;job,home,job and again home,I forget to really live.I forget to look around,i forget to enjoy, to feel,to hear.
This life is much more than that,the life is love,learn and enjoying everything that surround us.

But hopefully I realize it now,and is not to late.I start again motivate my self and believe in me .As creation of God ,we have a big potential but we don't realize .

Everything is about being good,giving love, having hope and ask for everything we want.
So,what I do is reading this affirmation every day,and my kind of life i had is changing.

Watching some facts that are happening to me ,make me think and ask my self of whys... And I see how strongly grow in me the idea that what you give to the world ,will come back to you.Be good,be kind ,be loving to the the others,and all that positive energy will return back to you multiplied .

The secret to Happines

What is the secret to happiness?!I would say the gratitude,because when you are happy for the little  will not crave for  the moon and the stars .And so will not be disapointed for not having more.See the half full of the glass.When you don't have a car,be grateful for the house,if you don't have a house be grateful for the life.We have some many things to be grateful that we give for granted.

In the morning I give thanks for waking up I AM ALIVE ! Thank you

I thanks for my life,my husband,my kids,my family,my friends .

Thank you for the air,thank you for the house,for my food,for the coffe,for the curent water.

Thank you for my own health and my familly's health.

I thanks for all the things that make my life more easy and more pleasant
